Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with at least 2+ years focused on cloud.
• Experience integrating compute platforms into new or greenfield data center environments.
• Proven experience leading strategic platform modernization initiatives, from architecture design through build, validation, and production rollout.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical product requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generates the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain.
• Communicates the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, product owners and the teams.
• Oversees the budget(s) for one or more products by working closely with finance partners on both personnel and non-personnel expenses.
• Provides input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support them.
• Ensures product availability by partnering closely with demand and capacity teammates.
• Develops business cases for new products and additional features for existing products.
• Partners with the product owners and the teams to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and subject‑matter expertise and understanding of the business and industry trends.
• Establish the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders.
• Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk.
• Coordinate and facilitate the program routines (kick‑off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on).
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
• Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline.
• Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
• Ensure execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
