Job summary

Select Source International in St. Paul, MN is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead software development for electrophysiology and heart failure programs.

You will guide feature teams, translate roadmaps into requirements, and work across Software Development, Systems Engineering, and Clinical teams. This role focuses on real-time signal processing, algorithms, visualization, and cloud analytics, with strong emphasis on cybersecurity and patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Computer Systems, Systems, or Software), Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of software engineering design and development or systems engineering experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with C++.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead application feature definition activities with cross-functional teams.
• Work in an Agile environment, refine priorities, milestones and deliverables.
• Translate roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to project success and define activities to achieve business results.
• Identify, quantify and resolve technical risks requiring cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage and write system and subsystem requirements with traceability.
• Lead software/hardware integration and perform root cause analysis with stakeholders.
• Review software designs to ensure correct behavior and requirements.
• Ensure all activities conform to Quality and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor team members to support medical device development processes.
