Job summary

American National bank of Texas is seeking a Senior Product Owner to define market requirements, identify opportunities, and build business cases for product improvements that boost competitiveness. You will lead a project team to deliver enhancements and optimize customer experience while tracking KPIs across digital platforms.

You will collaborate with marketing, IT, and stakeholders to ensure successful strategy execution and communicate complex concepts to executives and the board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; Master's degree in business/marketing preferred.
• 12 years of relevant experience in Product Management throughout the product lifecycle; strong project management skills.
• Agile project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translates customer needs into requirements and shepherds them through delivery with the Product Team.
• Researches industry best practices and trends to inform requirements and implementation plans.
• Leads collaboration to manage product roadmap and releases with prioritization for market and customer impact.
• Generates insights to inform experience improvements and optimize KPIs for digital platforms.
• Consults with Revenue Owner and business partners to understand multi-application needs and drive strategies.
• Prepares presentations and communicates complex concepts to executives and board of directors.
