Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree; where required.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Communicate customer desires and business priorities in the product backlog.
• Collaborate to define user stories and own team/sprint backlog with delivery teams.
• Decompose features into stories to enable team execution and delivery.
• Map product vision to user stories using stakeholder input.
• Act as liaison between business and delivery teams and represent stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain business knowledge for the assigned area.
• Define user stories and support team members as they write them.
• Mentor and coach other staff.
