Job summary

Enlighten is seeking an experienced Product Owner to directly support operations and growth strategy with a special emphasis on the U.S. Air Force.

You will help provide project management and DevSecOps support for the government-owned Big Data Platform (BDP)/JCRS-D, with organic growth as a primary objective. Hybrid work is available, with 2–3 onsite days weekly and travel up to 25% for CONUS/OCONUS customer support.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance required.
• 7+ years of DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and programs.
• Strong oral and written communication with government customers.
• Experience gathering software requirements and translating them into development roadmaps.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work onsite 2–3 days per week in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead for analytic and application development in support of operations and integration into customers’ daily operations.
• Serve as SME for Air Force BDP capabilities and help operationalize these capabilities.
• Gather software requirements from Air Force customers and convey them to developers with roadmaps.
• Provide technical support to users of Air Force BDP and its applications.
• Develop external networks of solution partners and providers and collaborate with marketing and engineering.
• Manage customer engagements and deliver DevSecOps pipeline milestones aligned with customer targets.
