Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Senior Product Owner to collaborate with Product Managers, Technology, Risk and lines of business to define and maximize product value. You will align the team backlog with customer needs and drive SAFe delivery across the Agile Release Train to optimize growth and risk mitigation.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional partners, measure outcomes with KPIs, and mentor peers while prioritizing value, usability, and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; related work experience accepted.
• 4+ years of related experience in product management or similar.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) desired.

Responsibilities

• Motivate teams to deliver on the strategy and roadmap for product growth.
• Define and execute product strategies with business, IT, risk, finance and operations.
• Collaborate with senior Product Owners and leadership to set goals and track KPIs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align on roadmaps and governance processes.
• Ensure backlog items align with regulatory needs, new revenue and process optimization.
• Engage with stakeholders to define usability testing and customer insights.
