Job summary

Jobgether is recruiting a Senior Product Marketing Manager (Temporary) in the United States. You will lead the go-to-market strategy for a key Giving product portfolio during a focused 14‑month assignment, shaping adoption and value realization for churches and ministries.

Work across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to craft positioning, messaging, and launch plans, driving campaigns across channels and enabling customer-facing teams with compelling narratives and battle cards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related B2B SaaS marketing role.
• Demonstrated ownership of product marketing for a product, solution, or portfolio, including go‑to‑market strategy and launches for complex software products.
• A track record of delivering measurable impact on product adoption, pipeline generation, or revenue.
• Strong expertise in product marketing disciplines, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
• Ability to translate complex fintech capabilities into clear, compelling customer benefits.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative customer and market insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, internal teams, and customers.
• Proven cross‑functional leadership and project management capabilities, including influencing stakeholders without direct authority and managing changing priorities.
• Practical experience using AI tools and modern marketing technology to improve research, insight synthesis, and content development without compromising quality.
• Genuine interest in supporting churches and ministries and helping them strengthen generosity, community, and connection.

Responsibilities

• Lead product launches and go‑to‑market initiatives from positioning through activation and measurement.
• Develop differentiated product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and narratives informed by research and trends.
• Translate product features into customer‑value stories within the Giving platform.
• Coordinate campaigns across demand generation, in‑product experiences, email, social media, and content channels.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with messaging frameworks and battle cards.
• Own competitive intelligence activities and win/loss analyses.
• Develop targeted campaigns for competitive, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Lead marketing support for events, partnerships, integrations, and adoption campaigns.
• Establish success metrics and use data to improve go‑to‑market execution.
• Apply AI and modern marketing tools to accelerate research and content development while maintaining quality.
