Job description
Senior Product Marketing Manager, Platform and Ecosystem- United States or Canada - Hybrid

Grammarly offers a dynamic hybrid working model for this role. This flexible approach gives team members the best of both worlds: plenty of focus time along with in-person collaboration that helps foster trust, innovation, and a strong team culture.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Platform & Ecosystem, you will own the go-to-market strategy for Grammarly's forthcoming agent platform, defining how we position, launch, and scale our platform to developers and partners. You'll be the critical bridge between product, engineering, partnerships, and go-to-market teams, translating technical capabilities into compelling narratives that drive adoption. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape a transformative platform from day one, working in a collaborative, idea-driven culture where creativity and learning are encouraged.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for our agent platform, including positioning, messaging, and launch planning that resonates with developers and partners.
  • Create compelling partner marketing materials and pitch decks that enable our partnership team to secure strategic ecosystem partners.
  • Synthesize market intelligence, competitive analysis, and developer feedback to influence platform product strategy and roadmap priorities with PM leadership.
  • Build and execute developer marketing programs, including documentation strategy, technical content, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Design scalable co-marketing programs and partner enablement resources that drive platform adoption and partner success.
  • Define and track platform success metrics across developer adoption, partner engagement, and ecosystem health.
  • Serve as the voice of the developer and partner to internal teams, ensuring we build a platform that truly serves ecosystem needs.
Qualifications
  • Has 5+ years of experience in product marketing with at least 2 years focused on platforms, APIs, developer tools, or technical ecosystem marketing.
  • Has demonstrated experience creating technical content and materials that resonate with developer audiences while maintaining business value clarity.
  • Has proven ability to conduct competitive analysis and translate market insights into actionable product strategy recommendations.
  • Has experience enabling partnership teams with marketing materials, pitch decks, and go-to-market resources.
  • Shows strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate APIs, SDKs, and platform architecture to both technical and business audiences.
  • Has a track record of successful product launches with cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
  • Brings experience with or a deep understanding of AI/ML platforms, agent-based systems, or similar emerging technologies.
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Embodies our EAGER values—is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable.
  • Is inspired by our MOVE principles: move fast and learn faster; obsess about creating customer value; value impact over activity; and embrace healthy disagreement rooted in trust.
