Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Product Marketing Manager in San Jose, CA to define product positioning and go-to-market strategies for enterprise server and GPU server products. You will own messaging, collateral, and field enablement to drive demand.

The role requires 5+ years in product marketing or related fields, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling market-ready narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, STEM, marketing, or business field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, engineering, IT, VAR/disti or sales for enterprise IT products.
• Understanding of enterprise servers and subsystems at system, rack and data center levels.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into market-ready narratives.
• Experience presenting to sales, customers, and partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product positioning and go-to-market strategies for enterprise server and GPU server products.
• Lead development of white papers with third party agencies, including topic definition and timelines.
• Lead product launches with messaging, press releases, websites, partner quotes, collaterals and data sheets.
• Develop and execute demand generation plans and work with partners on advertising assets.
