Senior Product Manager - Mobile at ServiceCore

ServiceCore is seeking two energetic, ambitious and experienced Senior Product Managers to join our product team. This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing hybrid office/WFH team based in Denver, CO and across the US to help achieve our mission to deliver new and exciting products.

Job Responsibilities
  • Work together with prospective clients and existing users to deeply understand and anticipate their needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a product vision and agile product roadmap that is in alignment with customer needs and internal business objectives
  • Groom and manage the product backlog, prioritizing based on the roadmap and changing requirements
  • Refine customer problems and business opportunities into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Bridge the gap between technical complexity and business understanding, ensuring high stakes information resonates effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Support the flow of delivery through sprint planning and forecasting
  • Work with Marketing to articulate the value proposition of features and capabilities that are getting released into the market
  • Monitor and communicate product progress throughout the lifecycle
  • Recommend ideas for enhancing product performance and achieving product success that drive long-term success of the company’s strategy, financial and growth goals
  • Suggest and implement ways to track product use and impact on end users
  • Deliver updates to other product teams and company stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an Agile (Scrum) environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong preference given to candidates with a B2B SaaS background, specifically working on mobile applications, and/or operational workflows, inventory management or logistics
  • Experience working with Field Services customers is not required but is highly desirable
  • Experience owning end to end, 0-1 products is a strongly preferred
  • Proven experience of working effectively with a broad stakeholder group
  • Experience using Confluence, Jira, or similar tools for requirements capturing and user stories
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven leadership experience and strong team skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and can-do attitude
  • Casual, open-office environment
  • Regular lunches and a fully-stocked kitchen (when in the office)
  • Hybrid for this role. Desired 2 days a week in our Denver, RiNo office
