The Senior Product Manager serves as a strategic connector across business, product, technology, risk, operations, marketing and customer experience partners, bringing together diverse perspectives to identify opportunities, establish priorities and drive decisions. The role balances near-term business needs with longer-term strategic objectives and is accountable for ensuring product investments deliver measurable value for both customers and the business.

  • Drive cross-functional product initiatives by partnering closely with Technology, Design/Customer Experience, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal and other stakeholders to align priorities and move initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Establish product performance measures and monitor results, using quantitative and qualitative insights to understand performance, identify opportunities and recommend changes to improve customer and business outcomes.
  • Balance competing priorities and investment decisions, considering customer value, strategic alignment, business impact, risk, complexity and delivery feasibility.
  • Lead product discovery and problem definition, ensuring teams are solving the right customer and business problems before committing to solutions.
  • Influence without direct authority across a complex stakeholder environment, driving alignment and decision-making where priorities, customer needs or business objectives may compete.
  • Provide senior leaders with clear product recommendations and strategic perspectives, communicating product performance, opportunities, risks, trade-offs and investment needs.
  • Champion a customer-centric and outcome-oriented product management approach, shifting the focus from delivery of features to measurable improvements in customer experience, engagement and business performance.
