  • Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Umo Mobility and cFlex electronic fare payment systems
  • Collaborate with product management, customers, business owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize user stories
  • Innovate solutions that enhance customer value while reducing costs and increasing flexibility
  • Maintain and refine the program backlog, ensuring effective prioritization based on value and dependencies
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to enhance the Umo Pass solution
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Four‑year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, product management, or related role
  • Passion for improving customer experience and addressing customer journeys
  • Advanced skills in prioritizing and managing unexpected challenges
  • Proven ability to use data and knowledge to evolve product strategy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Diverse experience in product management, project management, vendor management, user experience, or customer support
  • Direct experience with Software‑As‑A‑Service business models
  • Success in driving strategy using behavioral analytics tools and customer engagement platforms
  • SAFe, Scrum, or other Agile practice certifications
