Job summary

Capital One Travel is seeking a Senior Associate, Product Management to elevate the agent tooling ecosystem and empower frontline agents within the Travel Customer Core team. You will own the near‑term roadmap, partner with technology and design, and translate business strategy into measurable outcomes while balancing risk and speed.

You’ll lead an engineering team, collaborate across servicing and analytics, and explore AI enhancements to improve agent workflows and customer servicing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience is required.
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or related experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering is required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross‑functional peers across servicing, business analysts, and design to craft a tooling product strategy that empowers agents to deliver faster, highly empathetic servicing experiences.
  • Build and iterate on core agent workflows, leveraging internal tools and targeted AI capabilities to deliver intuitive UI improvements that reduce friction for frontline teams.
  • Support the broader Capital One Travel partner agenda by managing cross‑team dependencies and delivering a resilient tooling foundation for top‑of‑house initiatives.
  • Manage an engineering team, delivering high‑priority tooling enhancements and maintaining a groomed agile backlog to sustain velocity.
  • Dream up and deliver strategic tooling enhancements leveraging AI and emerging tech to move from reactive maintenance to proactive servicing.
