Job summary

Remix, Via's premier transit planning and scheduling platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Remix platform — its usability, scalability, and flexibility — ensuring Remix remains the most powerful and intuitive tool available to transit professionals globally. This role sits at the center of everything Remix does.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in platform or infrastructure products for complex enterprise workflows.
• Ability to articulate a multi-year platform vision with sharp prioritization at the feature level.
• Strong usability and product quality focus; ability to fix friction without breaking core functionality.
• Experience defining how AI and analytical insights are integrated into operational workflows.
• Technical fluency in underlying data models powering planning and scheduling systems.
• Track record of shipping high-quality features in workflow-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Remix platform roadmap — usability, scalability, flexibility, and cross-cutting capabilities.
• Define and drive the vision for AI-led insights within Remix for data-informed decisions.
• Maintain end-to-end product view from network planning through scheduling and live operations.
• Identify and prioritize vertical feature investments across Remix modules.
• Partner with engineering and design to raise platform usability and reduce friction for users.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to surface AI and analytics capabilities.
• Engage directly with customers to validate priorities and roadmap needs.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitors to ensure Remix leads in the space.
