Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience managing requirements for large, complex, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify key insights.
• Proven ability to build trust and strong partnerships with stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies, preferably 7-10 years.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, with a solid understanding of cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for product and IT partners to ensure resource demand is well documented and dependencies are understood.
• Manage BCAT PI readiness backlog, bridging intake and triage with time commitments and readiness to maintain cadence and focus.
• Coordinate logistics of internal release boards, focusing on product deliverables, commitments, and impactful releases.
• Assist in tactical prioritization of intake backlog in partnership with Product and Tech Product Leads.
• Handle cross-team defect management, warranty issues, and assess project priorities to minimize client and associate impact.
