AWS Private Pricing is one of the most strategically important commercial programs at Amazon Web Services — enabling enterprise customers to accelerate their cloud transformation through multi-year commitments in exchange for pricing value, expanded service access, and innovation opportunities. The program drives billions in committed revenue and shapes AWS's deepest, longest-lasting customer relationships. Private Pricing is now at an inflection point: we are expanding access beyond traditional enterprise segments, evolving the value proposition, and fundamentally reimagining the deal experience through automation and generative AI.
The Global Deal Strategy and Programs (GDSP) organization owns this program end-to‑end. Within GDSP, the Private Pricing Product Management (3PM) team is responsible for the tools, platforms, and technology that power the Private Pricing experience for thousands of internal sellers and external customers globally.
