Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for the Supply product to own strategy, roadmap, and execution across providers and technicians.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, and business partners to deliver end-to-end improvements in the supply ecosystem while enabling growth and efficiency.

This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven track record delivering successful products in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Supply product.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Provider and Technician needs, workflows, and pain points.
  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities using data, customer insights, and business goals.
  • Create epics, themes, and user stories to clearly define product requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery.
  • Participate in product planning across multiple product teams to ensure alignment and cohesive experiences.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships and solutions from a build vs. buy and ROI perspective.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Summary:

As a Sr. Product Manager for the Supply Product, you will be responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of products that support and empower our Providers and Technicians. This role focuses on identifying high-impact product opportunities, translating user and business needs into scalable solutions, and driving measurable outcomes through strong cross-functional collaboration.
