Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Supply Product to own strategy, roadmap, and execution of offerings that empower Providers and Technicians.

You will translate user and business needs into scalable solutions, driving outcomes through cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, analytics, and business partners. Must meet in-person team needs in Cincinnati area.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear narratives.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions and drive results.
  • Comfort managing ambiguity, competing priorities, and the demands of a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Supply product.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Provider and Technician needs, workflows, and pain points.
  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities using data, customer insights, and business goals.
  • Create epics, themes, and user stories to clearly define product requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery.
  • Participate in product planning across multiple product teams to ensure alignment and cohesive experiences.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships and solutions from a build vs. buy and ROI perspective.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Summary:

As a Sr. Product Manager for the Supply Product, you will be responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of products that support and empower our Providers and Technicians.
