Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Storage to lead the strategy and roadmap for our high-performance storage offerings. You will partner with engineering to design secure, scalable, and cost-effective storage solutions, aligning with AI workloads and market needs.

You will drive market analysis, gather customer requirements, and collaborate across marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management, backed by data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud storage or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of storage technologies and trends, including file system storage and object storage.
  • Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

As the Senior Product Manager for Storage at CoreWeave, the leading cloud provider for AI companies worldwide, you will be a vital member of our Product Team, with a specific focus on elevating our high-performance cloud file and dedicated storage offerings. In this collaborative role, you'll work closely with the Storage Team, leveraging their technical expertise to innovate and enhance our storage products. Your role is critical in ensuring that our storage solutions not only integrate seamlessly with the unique demands of AI workloads but also lead the market in performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

The base salary range for this role is $182,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
