• 7+ years in product management, fintech focus preferred.
• Experience with SaaS for SMBs or neobanking.
• Strong Stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the Voice of the Customer through interviews, UX studies, and a Customer Advisory Council.
• Develop a 12-24 month roadmap to grow the US SMB proposition.
• Drive end-to-end delivery with regional/global teams to ship new features.
• Define metrics, measure impact, and advocate for price optimizations with Pricing/Finance.
