Qualifications

• Experience building or managing data-intensive products, platforms, or capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, outcomes, and roadmap for Retail Transaction Growth data and intelligence capabilities.
• Define problems and measurable outcomes; connect priorities to data, models, and capabilities.
• Lead discovery, field research, prototyping, and testing to translate learnings into product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to build valuable, usable, feasible solutions.
• Define upfront measurement and use results to decide what to improve, scale, or stop.
