GovCIO is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, delivery, and oversight of a custom-developed product within the OCC portfolio for the Veterans Health Administration. The role includes intake coordination, FHIR data governance, and alignment of goals with stakeholders and technical teams.

The position is fully remote in the United States with up to 10% travel for quarterly reviews and frequent collaboration with federal partners and clinical SMEs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, scientific, or healthcare discipline with 12+ years total experience and 5–8 years in product/program management in healthcare or technical settings.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a data analytics or data-oriented environment.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, leading cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own intake and triage of shared services demand requests, translating them into scoped, actionable work.
• Direct shared services projects through design, implementation, and testing.
• Coordinate across technical teams and system owners to schedule tasks, align dependencies, and resolve blockers.
• Define requirements and plan lifecycle deployment with engineering on shared services architecture.
• Manage integrated project plans, including budgets, risk, and status reporting.
• Lead sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives; resolve issues to meet delivery goals.
