Job summary

Meazure Learning is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a strategically important product area. You will own problem identification through measurable market outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on direction and deliver impact.

The role demands hands-on leadership, discovery, planning, and execution with a bias for evidence-based decisions, risk anticipation, and accountable customer and business results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including 4+ years in a SaaS environment.
• Independent ownership of a substantial product area from strategy to adoption and performance.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with ambiguity.
• Strong prioritization judgment across customer value, commercial impact, technical investment, delivery capacity, and operational needs.
• Proven ability to define measurable outcomes, build business cases, and use evidence to influence direction.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills at executive and frontline levels.
• Strong product discovery and agile delivery experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, measurable outcomes, and multi-quarter roadmap for a significant product area spanning multiple workflows or teams.
• Translate objectives and market opportunities into clear investment priorities and product direction.
• Define success measures and use data to adjust scope or resourcing.
• Lead discovery, from problem validation to MVP and investment recommendations.
• Partner with Engineering and UX to evaluate options and ensure high-quality execution.
• Shape commercialization strategy for major launches, including value proposition and adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to drive launch readiness and lifecycle growth.
