Job summary

INFUSE in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Special Hires) to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of new systems, tools, and business processes that will power our next stage of growth. Own the full product lifecycle - from discovery and requirements gathering through release, implementation into the business process, and continuous optimization.

Collaborate across business analysts, designers, and engineering - and independently cover niche projects or product stages

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager or Project Manager in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Proven track record in business process analysis and optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-informed decision-making.
• Experience solving problems without development when appropriate.
• Experience building automations to optimize processes and reduce manual tasks.
• Self-driven, highly organized, comfortable working remotely across time zones.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Business Analysis background is desirable.
