You will translate complex needs into a data-driven product strategy, collaborate with growth and marketing, and drive growth through a clear roadmap and market strategy. This role emphasizes healthcare information exchange and impactful product discovery.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of product management experience in B2B products.
• Proven ability to translate complex stakeholder, user, operational, and technical needs into a clear roadmap and strategy.
• Strong product instincts with experience balancing time to market and scope of initial offerings.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills to align diverse teams around priorities.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, complex environments with high business impact.
• Analytical skills to use data for understanding user needs and measuring outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, and leadership to build platform capabilities.
• Interest in US healthcare provider/payer/services industry.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in provider user needs when requesting and managing patient record requests.
• Learn the core business of information exchange / release of information in healthcare.
• Dive into current provider products and Datavant ROI platform to understand key integrations.
• Partner with growth and product marketing on go-to-market strategy for new products.
• Create and socialize a clear product strategy and roadmap to enable growth in market share.
