Responsibilities

• As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a strategic leader responsible for inspiring change, leading high‑performing teams, and driving continuous improvement across our portfolio.
• The position is highly involved in transitioning the prototype portfolio from legacy applications into a modern integrated ecosystem.
• You will work closely with cross‑functional partners spanning different levels and development teams to translate strategic roadmaps into tangible deliverables, ensuring efficient execution and alignment across all stakeholders.
• This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, agile leadership, and a deep understanding of both business and technical requirements to deliver high‑quality, customer‑centric software products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of knowledge of software development
• Extensive Prototype domain knowledge
• Understanding of Agile methods & best practices
• Develop and manage the product roadmap with business managers
• Convert roadmap into features and prioritize the product backlog
• Data‑driven mindset for decision‑making and prioritization
• Internal & external management skillset for managing cross‑team capabilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to teach others
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision‑making
• Ability to collaborate well with Data Engineers, software engineers, designers, and business partners
• Ability to develop deep understanding of product functionality to provide high‑level guidance to development teams
• Experience leading a global team from both technical and delivery perspectives
• Takes ownership, operates with autonomy, and sees challenges as opportunities
• Experience in documenting & tracking OKRs
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field, Master’s preferred
