Job summary

Spectrumforce Technologies in Culver City, CA is seeking a Product Manager/Producer III for Arcade/Gaming to guide multiple titles and partner with top studios. You will own product direction, define milestones, and ensure high-quality gameplay experiences across platforms.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external developers, balancing schedules and priorities while delivering data-driven improvements and compelling onboarding to delight players on mobile and arcade projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a product management or other game design-adjacent role in the mobile games space
• Proven data-backed game design decision-making
• Intimately familiar with the game development process, including releasing and maintaining products on the App Store
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; with capacity to move between technical and non-technical audiences
• Outstanding desktop computer skills and familiarity with standard Project Management tools (Excel, Airtable, Quip, Keynote)

Responsibilities

• Guide game improvements by partnering directly with top studios.
• Own product direction for multiple titles and coordinate with internal and external developers.
• Gather insights from internal teams to assist developers in optimizing early gameplay moments.
