This remote role may require occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.

40 hours per week; base pay range $104,000–$143,000 per year with bonus eligibility; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years product management experience.
• Agile experience.
• Strong analytics and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional work across pharmacy, clinical, operations, technology and analytics.
• Own prioritization, business cases, KPIs and product performance.
• Drive product launches and continuous improvement.
