Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Associate, Product Management within the Enterprise Payments Product team. You will partner across the organization to improve payment experiences, define acceptance criteria, and drive features from concept to MVP, balancing customer value with business goals.

You will work with cross-functional teams to plan roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver scalable payment platforms using data and technology in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience or related field (design, agile delivery, BA, data science or software engineering).
• Preferred: BS in computer science or engineering; 1+ year translating business strategy into digital products; 1+ year working on core product platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with tech teams to define acceptance criteria and feature design.
• Own and prioritize product feature roadmaps and MVP tests.
• Work in an agile environment with designers, data scientists and engineers to build scalable payment products.
