Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human
Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence.
This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.

As a Senior Product Manager, Okta for AI Agents, you will drive the product strategy and execution for how Okta secures AI. As AI agents increasingly act on behalf of humans and organizations, the need for robust identity, permissions, and audibility has never been more critical. You will define how Okta secures this agentic future, building the capabilities that allow organizations to safely connect AI agents to their enterprise tools with strict, identity-driven governance. To achieve this, you will design, build, and launch core features spanning agent identity lifecycle management, dynamic permission scoping, delegated authorization, and comprehensive audit trails, directly shaping the underlying trust frameworks and APIs that power these secure workflows.

Okta for AI Agents is a foundational new pillar for the company, acting as the critical trust layer that sits between automated, agentic workflows and the rigorous security posture our customers require for their enterprise systems. You will partner closely with engineering, design, other product teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders across Okta's platform to ensure AI identity capabilities evolve strategically, including driving how agent access, oversight, and governance are rolled out and managed at scale.
