Job summary

Oura is hiring a Senior Product Manager, New Experiences, to lead a new category of trusted digital experiences for the Oura Ring ecosystem. You will shape strategy across hardware, mobile, and platform surfaces, partnering with design, engineering, privacy, and other teams to deliver intuitive, high-trust user experiences.

You will drive roadmap development, user flows, and requirements, balancing usability with privacy and technical constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally 7+ years in consumer software or connected device products.
• Strong experience coordinating hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Proven ability to design intuitive experiences with privacy, trust, or policy constraints.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work with mobile, backend, embedded, and platform engineers.
• Experience leading 0 to 1 or early-stage product initiatives from concept through launch.
• Proven ability to make high-quality product decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong collaboration across design, engineering, data, and other cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Passion for consumer technology and curiosity about how new technologies unlock value.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the roadmap for a new set of software experiences and platform capabilities.
• Define user experiences that span connected devices, mobile apps, and platform services.
• Partner with design and engineering to concept, prototype, ship, measure, and improve features across iOS and Android.
• Translate product strategy into clear product requirements, user flows, and decision frameworks.
• Work with privacy and platform teams to meet high standards for trust, safety, and reliability.
• Navigate technical constraints across hardware, embedded software, mobile clients, and backend systems.
• Develop a strong point of view on where Oura can expand into new technology-enabled experiences over time.
• Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional partners to define success metrics and use data to improve outcomes.
