Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Network Balance and Equipment Optimization (NBEO) in Bellevue, WA. You will own end-to-end product delivery, drive roadmaps, and collaborate across operations, technology and planning to optimize the transportation network.

You will monitor real-time routing tech, measure efficiency, and craft artifacts like BRD and Launch Plans while leading data-driven improvements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in product/program management or related tech roles.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Own/drive roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience delivering end-to-end product.
Experience delivering features and tradeoffs.
Experience as product manager/owner.
Experience owning technology products.

Responsibilities

Support trailer management to optimize for cost and automation.
End-to-end ownership of requirements gathering, documentation, planning, and implementation of cost-effective solutions for Amazon transportation network.
Cross-functional collaboration across operations, technology and planning to define strategic roadmaps.
Create and implement data-driven improvements to Amazon's transportation network.
Design feedback mechanisms to drive performance and cost improvement.
Perform deep dives and root-cause analysis using data; deliver metrics-driven solutions.
Monitor KPIs across nodes and assess engagement based on risk to customer experience and utilization of tech.
