Job summary

The Brewer Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy, portfolio planning, and lifecycle management across assigned categories and markets. You will translate clinical and market insights into roadmaps, business cases, and commercialization plans while coordinating with clinicians, OEM customers, and partners.

You will lead cross-functional teams, own pricing assumptions, and oversee new product development from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, product management, or related field.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in product management, marketing, development, or related fields.
• Experience in the medical or dental device industry.
• Strong product management background including strategy, roadmap ownership, lifecycle management, NPI support, positioning, pricing, and competitive analysis.
• Ability to translate market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable product and business strategies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, manage priorities, and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, business judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans.
