Palo Alto, CA
Senior Manager
Own the messaging system that carries Birdeye — and make it hold in every deck, page, keynote, customer pitch, and analyst call.
One source of truth, from the top-line narrative down to individual agents. You keep the hierarchy clean, the proof cleared, and the register right for four very different rooms: board, sales, analysts, customers.
We are moving the team from product-aligned to system-aligned: a PMM per outcome — Win AI Visibility, Book Appointments, Drive Consistent CX.
Briefing narratives, evaluation responses, category placement. Enterprise buyers read the grids before they take the call.
Our annual customer conference is where the narrative gets its stress test in front of thousands of people. You partner on keynote content and own the messaging that everything on stage has to conform to.
