Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager, LIMS, to define, design, and deliver our LIMS product for Veeva Quality applications used by life sciences leaders. You will shape strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions meet strict regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have extensive enterprise software product management experience, a passion for solving complex problems with simple solutions, and a proven ability to translate business needs into clear designs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software.
• Experience launching and growing B2B solutions in a regulated industry.
• Strong ability to research and translate customer and market needs into roadmaps.
• Ability to interact with customers, development, consulting, and sales teams.
• Strong technical skills to translate requirements into developer designs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building customer relationships and evangelizing best practices.
• Comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences.
• Located in US or Canada, Eastern time zone or +/-1 hour.

The Role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Product Manager, LIMS, who would be responsible for defining, designing, and delivering our LIMS product for Veeva Quality applications used at many of the world’s largest Life Sciences companies.

We’re looking for someone with experience in enterprise software product management and a passion for solving challenging problems with simple, elegant solutions to work with our team of Life Sciences industry and technology A-players. Your work will directly impact how quickly Veeva’s customers can get new and updated therapies to market amidst a complex manufacturing landscape.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Experience interacting with customers, development, consulting, and sales teams
• Strong technical skills to translate business requirements to design document for developers to understand
• Strong communicator

  • Comfortable presenting to both external and internal teams
• Located in US or Canada, Eastern time zone or 1 hour offset

Nice to Have

• Some prior experience implementing software in a professional services capacity
• Experience working in the Life Sciences industry
• Technical degree or hands-on development experience

Compensation

• Base pay: $115,000 - $230,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
