Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Privileged Access in a hybrid role with in-office days in NYC, Boston, Arlington, or Toronto.

You will lead the modern PAM strategy, reducing standing privileges while enabling AI-driven decision-making across endpoints and cloud services. You will partner with designers and engineers to deliver seamless elevation experiences, integrate data from the Falcon platform, and communicate the product vision to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background in Privileged Access Management or related identity domain.
• Understanding of privilege elevation across endpoints, apps, infra and cloud.
• Experience delivering just-in-time access via policy-driven provisioning and integrations.
• Knowledge of non-human identity (NHI) and machine credentials.
• Familiarity with SSH, RDP, Kerberos, LAPS and identity protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
• Strong written and verbal communication across engineers, executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for modern privileged access and zero standing privileges across endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud.
• Deliver best-in-class experiences for privilege elevation within the workflow of end users and admins.
• Leverage Falcon platform data to inform privileged access decisions and AI capabilities.
• Serve as the Falcon Privileged Access expert; create messaging, enablement, demos and FAQs.
• Use AI agent tools for research, analysis, and customer synthesis throughout product work.
