Common Room is hiring a Product Manager to own integrations and data-sync surface—the capabilities customers rely on for trusted GTM data. You’ll partner with customers, AEs, CSMs, and a pod of engineers and designers to shape 0-to-1 integrations and 1-to-n reliability improvements.

You’ll own customer relationships, push for reliability as a product outcome, ship AI agent workflows and APIs, and collaborate with engineering and design to make complex capabilities feel simple in a hybrid/remote

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with ownership of integrations or data surfaces for B2B SaaS.
• Fluency with integration primitives (OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, data mapping).
• Proven track record of reliability as a product outcome (uptime, freshness, accuracy).
• Experience shipping AI-powered features in production and opinions on evals and design.
• First-principles GTM thinking for AI-agent powered products and data impact.
• Directly responsible for customer relationships and translating insights into specs.

Responsibilities

• Define integrations and platform strategy and roadmap.
• Make reliability a product outcome (uptime, data freshness, accuracy).
• Ship AI agent workflows and APIs moving GTM work end-to-end.
• Own customer relationships and translate learnings into bets for the company.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to simplify complex capabilities.
• Lead migrations, deprecations, enablement, and feedback loops.
• Raise the bar on product craft through shipping and operations.
