Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Product Owner/Manager experience delivering software or digital products.
• Strong insurance domain knowledge including operations and terminology.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Hands-on backlog ownership and prioritization in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and facilitation with business and technical teams.
• Experience with data mapping, APIs, error handling, and exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Lead discovery, requirements, and backlog refinement with cross-functional teams.
