Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of product management or related leadership experience.
• Experience leading customer-centered discovery including interviews, workflow analysis, and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of user experience and product design.
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, data and business teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments and leading iterative delivery.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies to support revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long‑term business objectives.
• Develop and maintain product vision, roadmaps, business cases, and success metrics.
• Translate customer, market, and business insights into actionable product plans and investment recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional planning, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive new product development, feature innovation, workflow enhancements, and customer experience improvements.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and communicate product performance to stakeholders.
