Job summary

Lower seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Homeownership workstream, connecting Movoto's audience with Lower's mortgage products. You will guide end-to-end delivery of major feature sets within the workstream and define success beyond shipping—measured by home claim rate, engagement, and conversions to mortgage products.

This individual contributor role reports to the VP of Product for Movoto. You'll partner with cross-functional teams across Movoto and Lower, crafting a sequenced roadmap,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of end-to-end delivery for a complex, consumer-facing or data-driven product.
• Track record of managing ambiguity: defining MVP scope and sequencing a roadmap in phases rather than waiting for full clarity.
• Strong analytical skills, with comfort defining and tracking success metrics tied to business outcomes, not just output.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to flex between exec-level updates and detailed technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for the Homeownership dashboard, translating the long-term vision into a sequenced, shippable crawl/walk/run roadmap, from home claiming and info capture to closing a loan online.
• Use customer data, market context, and business goals to prioritize the roadmap and anticipate homeowner needs ahead of stakeholder asks.
• Build and maintain alignment across Movoto and Lower cross-functional technology, stakeholder, and leadership teams from sprint rituals to exec updates.
• Make sound tradeoffs even with incomplete data on evolving systems in collaboration with the cross-functional team and vendors.
• Proactively unblock the cross-functional team and adjust plans as constraints evolve; define success by measurable outcomes, not just shipped features.

Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Homeownership workstream, a top company priority connecting Movoto.com’s audience of homeowners and prospective sellers to Lower's mortgage products. Our homeowner dashboard helps users understand their home's value, equity, and options to save money or access cash through Lower, as well as connect with professionals for every stage of the homeownership journey.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Product for Movoto. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major feature sets within the workstream, write and refine detailed requirements for a cross-functional team, and define what success looks like beyond shipping: home claim rate, engagement, and conversion into Lower's mortgage products. You’ll present regularly to execs as a leader of a key company initiative.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of end-to-end delivery for a complex, consumer-facing or data-driven product.

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience partnering across multiple engineering orgs or codebases at once (e.g., separate frontend, backend, and platform teams).
• Experience with personalization, recommendation, or pricing/offer engines.
• Fintech, mortgage, or real estate industry experience.

Location

With locations in Columbus, OH and Austin, TX, we're looking for someone able to work in-person on a hybrid basis. While in market candidates will be reviewed first, we are open to considering remote candidates who demonstrate an exceptional level of product expertise, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills, with willingness to travel periodically.
