Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Growth, Subscriptions and App Foundations to guide Search’s consumer growth initiatives across client surfaces. You will connect the technical and business worlds, breaking down complex problems to drive end-to-end product development and launch.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and product partners to create growth loops, improve activation, and optimize engagement at scale across Google’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum: 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• Minimum: 3 years taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1).
• Minimum: Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-quarter product strategy
• Build strategies to expand app adoption via growth loops, ML-powered promotions, and cross-product partnerships
• Partner with leaders across Search, Chrome, Identity, YouTube, and Maps to establish native entry points and cross-surface user journeys
• Reduce authentication friction and improve account preservation across surfaces
• Run experiments to optimize conversion while protecting user trust

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

8 years experience in product management or related technical role

3 years experience taking technical products from conception to launch

Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows
