Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management or product ownership experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to manage product roadmaps and define requirements.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML technologies to drive measurable business value.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and performance, delivering measurable business value.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML into products for better accuracy and scalability.
• Translate market trends and feedback into actionable product direction and risks.
• Lead a cross-functional squad of data engineers, data scientists, and ideation team members.
• Define and document the 'what' and 'why' for the squad, setting priorities and tradeoffs.
• Develop and maintain roadmap, backlog, sprint plans, and demos.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions, sprint planning, and product demos.
• Evaluate AI/ML advancements and applicability to the portfolio.
• Establish KPIs related to performance, adoption, and impact.
• Create data-driven business cases for new capabilities and investments.
• Ensure timely delivery of product enhancements that meet requirements.
