Define and communicate a long-term product roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends.
Develop and refine product positioning and messaging based on market response and customer feedback.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization.
Ensure continuous improvement by analyzing user behavior, transaction data, and market metrics.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
Work closely with Marketing Managers to create internal and client-facing product marketing collateral.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for product improvements.
Evaluate competitor intelligence to recommend new product developments.
Develop a comprehensive GTM strategy, including target audience, value proposition, marketing channels, sales strategies, and pricing.
Ensure alignment between product development and market needs for successful product launches.
Manage expectations and maintain transparency with executive leadership and external partners (e.g., banks, payment processors).
Act as the primary liaison to ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
The salary range for this role is expected to be between $139,000 and $172,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
