Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Product Manager to own and define how financial data is surfaced through search and agentic capabilities across the platform. You will work at the intersection of vast financial datasets and systems that make data discoverable, screenable, and actionable for end users and AI agents.

You will partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define requirements, author PRDs, and lead the development of new features, ensuring successful launches and adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience building SaaS products in partnership with engineering and scrum teams.
• Experience with financial data products is preferred.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who creates PRDs, roadmaps, and requirements that align stakeholders and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute short- and mid-term roadmaps for surfacing financial data via search, screening, and agentic capabilities.
• Understand client personas and how they search, screen, and query financial content, directly and via AI agents.
• Prioritize improvements to tagging, indexing, and ranking to improve data retrievability.
• Write and prioritize PRDs informed by customer discovery and client feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams for launches and adoption of new features.
• Partner with data platform and AI/ML teams to define data structures for search infrastructure and agentic tools.
• Lead development lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration.
• Define QA strategies for search accuracy, screening precision, and agentic retrieval stability.
• Coordinate with core data platform teams to ensure data delivery and indexing performance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
