Job summary

Starbridge is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team in New York. You will report to our Chief Product Officer and partner with the Head of Design and Head of Engineering to shape the future of the Starbridge product.

You will define feature development across user facing screens and backend data infrastructure, drive the product roadmap, talk to customers, analyze metrics, and collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact launches.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with some of that experience at early stage companies or have gone through an APM program at a top company.
• You are obsessed with figuring out the answer: you're driven to understand the problem and craft the best solution.
• You love being a partner: you’ll wear any hat, run customer implementations, QA, crunch metrics to make the product succeed.
• You’re passionate about AI and are in the technical weeds: you can sketch code-like ideas and rough sizing for technical work.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive feature development across core user facing screens and backend data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and product team to drive the roadmap.
• Talk to customers to understand pain points and build targeted solutions.
• Build and analyze product metrics to understand what works for customers.
• Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and GTM teams to structure high‑impact launches.
