Qualifications

• 6 years of learning when to trust the process and when to break it.
• Hands-on experience with modern Project Management workflows and tooling
• At least 7 years building expertise within the business space
• Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics

Responsibilities

• Identify overlooked customer segments and size the prize.
• Coordinate with regional offices to standardize processes across MS.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Pendo stakeholders to remove operational bottlenecks.
• Keep Civic Innovation Lab strategy legible to the people who have to execute it.
• Surface the two or three metrics that decide whether a Senior Product Manager bet paid off.
• Defend the budget line by line when Tupelo finance comes knocking.
• Run the post-mortem after a launch slips and bank the lessons, not the blame.
