Tech Holding is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a project-based assignment. You will lead digital strategy, customer journeys, and conversion optimization, translating business needs into actionable requirements and partnering with engineering and analytics teams to drive execution.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in digital strategy, product management, or conversion-focused work and will analyze funnel data to identify growth opportunities, presenting recommendations to executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across digital strategy, customer journey optimization, product management, or conversion-focused work.
• Proven track record building digital acquisition roadmaps and driving them through execution.
• Strong experience writing functional requirements for engineering teams.
• Ability to work directly with funnel and performance data, not just reports.
• Experience designing operating models, intake processes, or prioritization frameworks for high-demand teams.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate strategic recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital acquisition strategies and roadmaps tied to measurable business goals.
• Translate customer, business, and technical needs into clear functional requirements.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure requirements are understood, accepted, and delivered.
• Analyze funnel and customer journey data to identify conversion gaps and growth opportunities.
• Work with analytics teams to define metrics, evaluate performance, and guide decisions.
• Facilitate working sessions with business, product, analytics, and technology stakeholders.
• Present recommendations, progress, and priorities to executive leadership.
• Design intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and operating models for teams with high demand.
• Align stakeholders around priorities, ownership, and execution plans.
• Track roadmap progress and adjust priorities based on data and delivery constraints.
