Job summary

BlinkRx, the pharma-to-patient cloud, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product development across clinical operations and platform infrastructure. You will own direction for tools and workflows touching prescription fulfillment, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy-team efficiency.

Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Operations to build scalable, high-impact systems that improve patient access to medications. Strong product instincts and healthcare domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in digital pharmacy or healthcare tech.
• Deep familiarity with prescription lifecycles and regulatory constraints.
• Ability to translate domain knowledge into scalable product solutions.
• Strong API, data pipeline, and integration pattern understanding.
• Data-driven with metrics-led decision making.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, compliance, legal, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and priorities across clinical workflow tooling, internal platforms, and pharmacy-facing products that drive BlinkRx operations.
• Lead roadmap development for systems supporting prescription processing, fulfillment routing, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to scope, build, and ship technical solutions that improve system performance and reliability.
• Design reusable workflows, product components, and APIs that reduce friction for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and downstream clinical teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate, optimize, or rebuild manual pharmacy processes for scale.
• Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and iterate based on data and feedback from clinical and operations stakeholders.
