Job summary

D2L is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for Creator products. You will lead cross-functional teams to translate strategy into market-ready features and drive end-to-end lifecycle management in an agile environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of software product management experience, strong market insight, and the ability to influence across levels. Base salary ranges from USD 125,000 to 150,000 with potential additional benefits.

Qualifications

8+ years of software product management experience.
Experience in market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, enablement, evangelism and product marketing.
Strong business and technical skills with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the product and feature roadmap for Creator products with engineering and design collaboration.
Translate the roadmap into detailed product requirements and manage full lifecycle from concept to market delivery and end-of-life.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, customer engagement and other stakeholders to address customer needs and drive outcomes.
Lead agile development, ensure release readiness, and align with strategic goals across the organization.
