Roku is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Content Discovery Innovation to join the Viewer Experience Product, a greenfield initiative at the intersection of creative content, deep technical execution, and measurable business impact. In this role, you will define and drive the product vision for innovative, platform‑native interactive experiences that go beyond traditional streaming, creating new ways for viewers to engage with content on Roku.
You will partner closely with engineering, UX, content, and advertising stakeholders to translate bold creative concepts into shippable products with reusable platform capabilities. This role requires strong technical intuition to assess the feasibility, complexity, and scalability of new builds, as well as experience with non‑subscription monetization models such as advertising and partnerships.
You will operate with executive‑level visibility and have the opportunity to shape the future of interactive entertainment on one of the world’s largest streaming platforms. For California Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $220,000 - $250,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
